You’re capable of more. It’s time to prove it.

The 6-Week Men's Leadership Reset — honest conversations, real structure, and the accountability to follow through.

*Limited to 3 spots per cycle…small and intentional by design.

Most men know something needs to change. Few do anything about it. This program is built for men who are done talking in circles.

You've got drive. You've got responsibility.

But somewhere between work, marriage, and family — you've lost clarity on who you're supposed to be and how to get there.

Who this is for…

  • Men who feel stuck.

You feel capable of more, but you're not stepping into it.

  • Men who feel unfulfilled.

Work is consuming you, but life still feels off.

  • Men who feel undervalued.

You want to lead better at home, not just at work.

  • Men who feel alone.

You've tried to figure it out alone — it hasn't worked.

  • Men who feel unmotivated.

Your marriage or relationships need more of you.

  • Men who are ready to change.

You're ready to stop drifting and start building.

The 6-Week Leadership Reset

  • 1) Clarity.

Get honest about where you are, what's holding you back, and what you really want.

  • 2) Structure.

Build a simple, intentional plan that works for your life — not someone else's blueprint.

  • 3) Accountability.

Build a simple, intentional plan that works for your life — not someone else's blueprint.

  • 4) Leadership at home.

Become the husband and father your family actually needs — present, grounded, intentional.

  • 5) Momentum.

Leave with more than insight — leave with habits, confidence, and a direction you can trust.

  • 6) Identity.

Step into who you were built to be — not the version shaped by pressure, shame, or default living.

About Gavin.

I grew up a competitive athlete in Federal Way, Washington. On paper, I had everything going for me. But in my early twenties, I lost my way — addiction to drugs and alcohol cost me my college career at WSU, a mountain of debt, failed relationships, and more shame than I knew what to do with.

Rock bottom led me to Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, where I completed a 9-month men's recovery program and stayed for another year as an intern serving homeless youth. That experience didn't just save my life — it made me who I am.

"The most powerful moment in a man's life is when he stops surviving and starts leading."

Since then, I've married my best friend Brooke, raising four wonderful kids, building a real estate brokerage, Alpine Group, with two offices and 12 agents across the Wenatchee Valley, volunteered with Young Life, and served on the board of Family Lines — a Christian fly fishing nonprofit restoring absence in fatherhood.

My faith drives everything. When I'm not coaching or helping Alpine Group agents, you'll find me on a river with a fly rod, shooting my bow, or smoking meat in my outdoor kitchen. My passion is helping men cross the barrier from "I can't" to "I will."
